Meeting was called to order by Vice President JoAnn Gemenden.

Self introductions were made by all in attendance.

Introduction and presentation to AERC Recycling Solutions and Com-Cycle was given by Mario Ianiero - Regional Sales Manager for New Jersey and Frank Losagio- EH&S Manager.

Tour of AERC Facility: included view of physical operations and description of technical processes.                

During the lunch buffet the meeting was continued by President Alain Fortier .  Bonnie Swavely, AERC District Manger discussed with the group options for holding e-waste events.  

President Fortier briefed the members in attendance on the process of the application to become an official non-profit organization.  The Bylaws revisions were reviewed by President Fortier.  A motion was made by Fred Stanger to accept the Bylaw changes and seconded by JoAnn Gemenden.  The vote was unanimously in favor of accepting the Bylaws changes.  

Treasurer Chris Sikorski  reported that a check in the amount of $4,970 from The Merck Company Foundation was received and deposited.  

A Thank You to Monmouth County was voiced for printing the 2007 ANJHHWC Newsletter.

President Fortier mentioned his conversation with Mike Styner of Poore’s Propane and the possibility of holding the next ANJHHWC meeting in South Jersey sometime in September and touring the propane facility in Delaware .
