COLLECTION SITES OPEN FROM
7:30 AM TO 2:00 PM – RAIN OR SHINE

• Maximum volume permitted per vehicle is 100 pounds of dry material, and/or 10 gallons of liquid.
  NO  large commercial  generators  can  be  accepted under any circumstances.
• Small quantity generators are  encouraged to call  in  order to make  special program arrangements.  Pre-register by calling the Passaic County Natural Resources Recycling and Environmental Office at  973-305-5738.
• This program is available FREE OF CHARGE to Passaic County residents ONLY! Proof of residency will be required.
• NO UNKNOWN OR UNIDENTIFIED MATERIAL CAN BE ACCEPTED

Explosives or Highly Reactive Materials may be dangerous. If you have these types of materials, call first for safety instructions. DO NOT bring these materials without prior authorization! These dangerous items include, but are not limited to, picric acid, isopropyl ether, calcium carbide, perchloric acid and benzoyl peroxide.
